The recruitment process, which has always been one of the most important steps in the attainment of organizational objectives, has been discussed in this paper. A qualitative research approach has been adopted for this purpose. This study employed a qualitative research approach, reviewing existing literature to examine how recruitment processes contribute to organizational goal attainment. This approach was chosen to explore, synthesize, and analyze existing theoretical and empirical evidence on recruitment practices and their influence on organizational performance, rather than generating primary data through surveys or experiments. Data were drawn from secondary sources, including peer-reviewed journal articles, scholarly textbooks, conference proceedings, government publications, policy documents, and reports from professional human resource management bodies. The thematic content analysis was utilized to analyze the major themes: recruitment processes, organizational goal attainment, strategic human resource management, and the relationship between recruitment and organizational performance. Recruitment policies, recruitment process evaluation, technology-based recruitment process, human resource capacity building were recommended.
